Large Orders?

For orders with multiple items, we require you to select PayPal as your payment type. You can buy AS MANY PAIRS AS YOU’D LIKE BUT YOU MUST USE PAYPAL IF YOU’RE BUYING MULTIPLE PAIRS.

 

PayPal offer protection and guarantees orders so there are less restrictions. PayPal orders will not be cancelled, and will be processed and shipped out same day.

You may see a pending charge on your account but no payment was accepted if we do cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, online exchanges are not available. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online. We recommend getting a tracking number when you mail your return.

I ordered the wrong size! Can I change it after the order has been placed?

No. We cannot alter an order after it has been placed. If you contact us in time we may be able to cancel the order and void the payment. You can then re order in the correct sizes. If we cancel before payment is captured your funds you financial institution may be holding your funds on a "pending charge". It usually releases within 3 - 5 business days depending on your bank. If we cannot cancel the order in time, you can place another with the correct sizes and refuse the original order upon arrival. It will be returned to us and if you let us know why we will process a refund on the original incorrect order.

I haven't received a shipping notification! 

Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days from your purchase date for your order to be confirmed and processed. Shipment delays are expected during peak times (IE holidays, sales periods). Orders are not confirmed until a shipment notification has been sent.

My order was cancelled / didn't go through, but there is a charge on my credit card! 

Most likely, no funds were taken from your payment method. The financial institution you are using may be holding your funds on a "pending charge". It usually releases within 3 - 5 business days depending on your bank. Please contact us after 5 business days if it does not.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that All Raffle Product, All Shock Drops, All Air Jordan's, All Nike Dunks, All Energy Releases & All accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded or canceled. 

I received my item and I don't want it. How do I return it?

Please quickly glance some quick return notes.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of ship date of your package.
  • Customers must have the original receipt and original packaging. Items must be unworn and tags intact.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement back onto your original payment method. 
  • Please note that all costs associated with returns are at the responsibility of the customer unless an online order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case shipping costs will be covered.
  • All Raffle Product, All Shock Drops, All Air Jordan's, All Nike Dunks, All Energy Releases & All accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded or canceled.
  • Due to high duty/customs fees, all sales to the United States are final as well.
  • All of our products are 100% legitimate.
  • Please note that any potential fraudulent issues including different billing and shipping addresses or shipping to PO boxes, issues with credit cards and other payments will automatically be flagged by our system and escalated to our risk department which may cause a delay in processing time.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

No. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. If an order is received incorrect or damaged please reach out with images of the damage and we will organize shipment back. We can only organize the shipment upon receipt of the images.

I received the wrong item, now what?

We are so sorry for this unfortunate mix up, please contact customer service here and we will resolve the issue for you without hesitation.

Can I return worn or washed shoes and apparel?

No. The shoes need to be in new condition appropriate for resale.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship within Canada.

I was issued or have purchased a gift card, will my online gift card expire?

Online gift cards never expire; they can be used on all future purchases.

 

 Can I return sale items?

No, unfortunately sale items are Final Sale.

I was not home when my order arrived! What do I do?

Please bring your pick up slip to the location listed on the slip, with a piece of government issued ID that matches the name on the order. You must pick up your parcel within two weeks (15 business days) of an arrival notification.

I didn't pick up my parcel in time, what do I do?

If you do not pick up your package within the 10 business days of arrival, it will be returned to us and it will be at the cost of the customer to re-ship it.  There will be a 10 dollar shipping fee to cover the cost to resend your parcel to the complete and correct address.

My tracking says my parcel is at a pick up point, but I cannot find a pick up slip!

Your tracking should give you the location of the pick up point within a day off the parcel arriving. If you bring a proof of address, the tracking number, a copy of your online receipt and a piece of government ID Canada Post should be able to assist you in retrieving the package.  If you have issues with this you can contact customer service.

My tracking says "it doesn't exist" or "the link is broken"?

Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking for it to become active. Don't hesitate to contact Canada Post or reach out to us if it doesn't after this time period.

I entered the wrong / incomplete address at check out and the parcel was returned to sender. How do I get my parcel?

The shipping address that is entered at check out is where we will send your parcel. We will not make any alterations to your address. If an order is returned to us via post due to an incomplete address, it will be at the cost of the customer to have it re shipped.

There will be a 10 dollar shipping fee to cover the cost to resend your parcel to the complete and correct address.

I want to use a discount code I found online, but it is not working.

Please be wary of fraudulent discount codes. We have the right to cancel any order. We will not honour any discount codes that are not assigned to the customer, are expired or are inauthentic.
