How do I cancel my order?
Contact customer service here and provide the order number with cancellation request. Please note that QS items and high profile releases cannot be cancelled. Please note that cancellations requests are not guaranteed due to the high volume of orders and requests.
I received my item and I don't want it, how do I return it?
If the item isn't final sale, you can go to the closest Exclucity location to proceed to an exchange or for a credit. If not, please follow the return instructions here. And we will issue you an online credit as soon as we get your package. Please note that all costs to return or exchange items are at the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not issue refunds.
I received the wrong item, now what?
We are so sorry for this unfortunate mix up, please contact customer service here and we will fix the issue for you without hesitation.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship all brands worldwide except for Nike & Jordan. For shipping rates, please see here.
I was issued or have purchased a gift card, will my online gift card expire?
Online gift cards never expire; they can be used on all future purchases.
Can I use my in store gift card online?
Yes, in store gift cards can be used online, however, when a gift card is issued online, unfortunately, you cannot use that gift card in stores.
I received the wrong item, how do I proceed?
Send pictures of what you received to customer service here. A return label will be provided and once we get the wrong item back, we will ship the correct item.
If my package is getting delivered and I am not home, what do I do?
Fortunately, we are partnered with Canada Post who delivers the package at the closest CP location if you are not available to receive. The package stays at the CP location for 15 days.
